Had an appointment, couldn't be checked in because employee was late. Charge at vehicle pick-up was ~$70 more than quoted only 2 hours earlier when I was notified the car was ready. Service agent handling the pick-up was not the one who worked with me all day. She was not the slightest bit interested in determining why the charge was higher. She diverted her attention to other customers when it became apparent this was not going to be simply a run credit card and hand over keys and paperwork interaction. She was sullen, lethargic, uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead offering excuses that didn't even account for the problem. In the end, giving me a discount to make the problem go away without ever explaining why the discrepancy occurred in the first place. In total, rude and unresponsive customer service. I live locally, bought the car at this dealership and have always had it serviced there, but this incident has made me consider going out of my way to have future servicing done elsewhere. I want to make clear that this review derives solely from my interaction with the second service agent. Not at all from my interaction with the first service agent. More
