Dawn was very helpful with looking up a replacement vehicle for my Dodge Dart which came with no air conditioning or power locks. She was able to successfully find a new Dodge Dart that matched my specifications and facilitated delivery the same day that I came in.

I was completely satisfied with my new suv. Ms. McElligott made sure that my service came first and that i recieve nothing but the best service. When one door shut Ms. McElligott opened three more for me. She made sure she persistently got me the best deal and didnt take no for an answer. I went to Dick Edwards to look at a New F-150. I was so impressed with the selection and the staff that I chose to buy the same day. I know the dealership and staff will stand behind me and my new truck in the future. I had a collision with a deer, the night before, and had my Kia brought to the dealer for repairs, as this dealer is the ONLY local Kia Dealer. I was horribly distraught with the pending results of having my 1 year old vehicle repaired. So, I sought out Rod Pratt, for other options and more satisfactory solution. I originally wanted to find a (New) exact replacement for my current vehicle a 2011 Kia Sportage EX AWD which was purchased out of state. Rod was unable to locate a comparable model, so I considered other options. I ended up settling for a Dealer Demo (Rod Pratt's demo, in fact,) as a way to avoid the frustration of the repair process. I feel the price was rather high, for a Used New Pickup with some minor damage, however Rod Pratt's customer service was, and always has been, Excellent. The sales person Cliff Howard had average customer service, and I consider Average to be the same level I have received from most other dealers. So, I chose a rating between the two. I do feel that Rod went above and beyond to secure financing, and complete the deal. I was very pleased with Rod's generosity in lending me one of his personal items which he had in the pickup, (a rubber bed mat), and also donating a receiver hitch to make my New Pickup ready for use the next morning. I do feel that Dick Edwards Auto Plaza does have a better than most rating for ease of purchase, and time involved in purchasing a vehicle.

I'm A soldier stationed on Fort Riley. I have been here since 2005, I have bought three vehicles from Dick Edwards in Junction city. I would not recommend anyone else. I have worked with both Thomas Miller who is now a manager there as well as Davin Spaulding. Both are exceptional sales men. They love their jobs and are extremely good at their jobs. I recommend them to all my soldiers. I really have nothing at all to say bad about this place. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles here and never left feeling like I was ripped off. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape and Davin Spaulding really put in some work for me and if he reads this thanks again for all your help MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR DAVIN HE IS GREAT. Dick Edwards is really a wonderful place. I will not buy a vehicle from another store. A great bunch of guys and gals, go check them out.

I am a military service member currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My wife recently experienced unexpected car problems with our 2011 Kia Sorento while at the post office in Junction City. She had the vehicle towed to the service department at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza. She was completely surprised with how well she was treated by the service department. The staff went above and beyond for her. Realizing that she had to get back home before our two young sons arrived from school, they expeditiously explained the issues with our vehicle and immediately had the shuttle service take her back home free of charge. The staff called my wife later that day and explained that they would have to keep the vehicle longer than expected. They didn't have the part in store at the moment, but would over night the part needed. She explained that we were a one car family and that she needed a vehicle for doctors appointments and take our boys to and from school. They understood completely and had the shuttle service pick her and up and take her to the rental car facility. Our insurance doesn't cover the cost of a rental for this type of issue. Dick Edwards gladly paid for the expense for the rental car. Wow, is all I can say. It is so nice to see the support that military spouses receive while their loved ones are deployed. I can't say enough kind words about the staff at the service department at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza. They definitely went above and beyond for my wife. I can't begin to Thank them enough. I definitely, 100%, recommend the service department to anyone...

We purchased our new Kia Optima at Dick Edwards in Junction City because we have always had great sales and service from them when Mr. Pratt was there before. When we heard he was back my husband could not wait to see him as we had been looking and could not find or get the deal we wanted from any of the dealers in Manhattan or Topeka.
