I had a very good experience with Dick Genthe. My salesman Jacob Gignac went the extra mile to make sure my purchase went smoothly. But there were 2 downsides. First was being charged $300 plus for destination or transport. I was not happy with that. Why the charge when the vehicle was right there on the lot? Very unfair. Especially being a senior on social security. The second issue was only having the car for a week or so and having a problem with the brakes. They took good care of me concerning that but there’s a sticker in my window saying the vehicle is GM certified. How were the brakes missed in the certification? Other than that my overall experience was very good and I would purchase another vehicle from Dick Genthe. More
