I bought a used Certified 2022 RAM Laramie 4x4 on 8/16/2025 from the Dick Hannah Ram Truck Center in Vancouver, WA. The only blemish I could see was that the left rear bumper corner was pulled away f 8/16/2025 from the Dick Hannah Ram Truck Center in Vancouver, WA. The only blemish I could see was that the left rear bumper corner was pulled away from the body further than the right side. The black plastic step was also broken. I asked my salesman to include its' repair with our contract. He checked with his manager and returned with the answer "that is why the price was marked down". So, I paid the required amount and drove the truck home on Saturday, 8/16/2025. Additionally, there is damage to the windshield from an object creating a starburst crack on the driver's side. This morning, Monday 8/18/2025, I had Disk Hannah Collision Center inspect the damaged bumper area. To my surprise, I was informed that the bumper was broken away from the body/frame and the left fender was cracked and needed to be repaired and painted. Additionally, they would have to perform required vehicle diagnostics as well. The total preliminary bill is $3505.86. My main concern is this was supposed to be a certified vehicle.
