Just bought my 2025 Outback Wilderness with Antonio, and it was such a great experience! He was very kind and made sure I understood everything presented on paper and on the car. Horrible! Online link didn't work so I called. I already had the recall number but the woman insisted on finding it herself. Waited 12 minutes and she never re Online link didn't work so I called. I already had the recall number but the woman insisted on finding it herself. Waited 12 minutes and she never returned so I hung up. I had to drive over to get an appointment. Talked to some young kid who took 10 minutes just to make an appointment for me. Day of, it took an hour longer than they promised. "About 20 more minutes, he's just finishing up now". 40 minutes later I stomped over to his desk only to see my keys sitting there. For how long I don't know. Get in my car to drive away, Air conditioning is on, Seat is in new position, Seat heater is on high. Things have been moved and not returned to where they originally were in the car. In the movie business there is what's called a 'continuity expert'. This is someone who takes photos of where things were when the current 'shot' is finished. Total amateur hour. I think I'll got get another Lexus, they knew how to treat a customer. More
