My wife and I stopped in looking for a certified used vehicle and Tooraj was very friendly and helpful. He and his sales manager got us a great deal on the car we wanted. They were not pushy and were very open to negotiations. We are satisfied with the deal we got and recommend this dealership to our friends...we are very happy and satisfied with Tooraj our sales man...

Nice car for a nice price and with no hassle in the sales department. You can't beat a subaru and my salesmen's name is Huyen. The sales manager was a good guy as well and I did not have to haggle all morning long. Got the deal done and hit the road to enjoy my Saturday.

Scotty was very helpful in locating and exceeded what I had expected from a sales person.

Scotty keeped in frequent contact via e-mail and phone unti he had located the car I wanted to purchase. Made a huge effort to do this in the least amount of time.

Ammar was professional, courteous and not high pressure in presentation. He presented quite a few options for me to consider along with the prices for an open dialog on what each one meant.

Most pleasurable experience in buying a new car (which I was not looking forward to, by the way).

Excellent customer service. Attention to detail. Friendly. Knowledgeable about product. No high pressure...but once the sale was made...quick in consumating the "deal". Clean surroundings and well merchandised. The employes from top to bottom are energetic and thoughtfull.

I came to Dick Hannah Subaru first because they were the first to respond to me. I came to see Sam but he was not there so I worked with Scotty. He was very attentive, honest and seemed to be serious about making my experience the best I have had, since my past experiences havent been very pleasant. We spent a few hours together and narrowed down my candidates to one, and in the end, in spite of the great deal they offered me, I felt I owed to myself to try other dealers. They told me this would be the best deal around, and I believed them, but I just had to go know for sure. They also warned me about the tricks they might pull and told me to be aware, and offered to save me the trouble. Against their advise, I went anyway, and of course, they were right. I only bought elsewhere because I was tired of driving around and when I said I was going back to Vancouver, they offered me the SAME deal as Dick Hannah. THE SAME DEAL AFTER THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY ALOT MORE AND ONLY WHEN I WAS LEAVING AND WAS IN MY CAR! I wish I had just bought my Subaru from Sam or Scotty, they were right and it would have saved me a whole day and many headaches!

My Review of Dick Hannah Subaru:
Shawn is a great guy to work with. He knows his product, but even more, he loves the product. But the best thing about dealing with Shawn is that he likes people. He listens and really wants the customer to be happy. I've appreciated that he also has made follow up calls. I haven't seen this kind of caring service after a sale in a long, long time.

I went in for a cash for clunkers, and when we hit a bump in the road, were still able to work it out, thanks to Shawn hanging in there with and for me.

Working with the Dick Hannah Service department has been a positive experience from every aspect for a number of years now. The service staff has done a great job of keeping me informed of needed repairs and always have been curteous and helpful. The dwork quality has been good and my car has always been ready on time.

Recently I purchased a new Subaru Outback. I the past this has been a very scary experience for me, but for once it was actually fun. Everyone at dick Hannah subaru was extremely nice to me especially my salesman Scotty. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. It was fast, easy, and I would recommend for anyone looking to go buy a new car to go see them. They really know what they're doing over there.
