I was helped here by Lawrence, and I was very pleased with how everything went from the beginning of the buying process to the end. He was honest at every step and very friendly. My purchase was priced well, and was surprised that he made sure I had the absolute best deal possible on it. I had a slight problem with the truck after I rolled it off the lot, but they took care of it all when I brought it back to be fixed right away. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and my salesman, to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

My overall excitement of buying a car wasn't...well, as fun as first thought it would be. I went to ten different dealerships, and suddenly found myself overwhelmed by the disrespect and rudeness of others...not to mention their greed and domineering what I wanted.
However, Lance Preston, certainly made me feel welcomed. He listened to what I was looking for and, went more than out of his way to find what I wanted. He made sure I was happy, and was respectful of my needs. Out of all the places and people I had endured, Lance Preston at 'dick says yes!' was the only person that lowed my stress of buying a car. He took the time to hear me out and didn't push me towards something I had no interest in. Never once did he try to push or raise my price limit. And now I'm the proud owner of a 2012 Chevy sonic and so extremely ecstatic...seriously, jumping with joy here. I got a great price!...suffice it to say I am a very happy customer. Everyone there was friendly an and so great to work with. Those that I know... 'who will be looking into buying a car for the future'... I will be recommending "Dick says yes!" and of course telling them to "ask for Lance!".
Now I'm gonna go out, enjoy, and drive my new car.

The entire experience was seamless. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I had chosen the car online I was interested in and very pleased with it in person. When researching the same vehicle make and model they had the best price for the lowest miles. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and able to answer any questions I had. It was a great experience, fast, straightforward and I left in the car I wanted.

Before we even went to the dealership to investigate our options I explained to the person with whom I spoke on the phone that I did not want the car buying experience to consume 8 hours of my time (as had happened previously) nor did I want to spend hours and hours picking and driving all sorts of cars only to discover that the car I wanted I couldnt have, and have to start the endless procedure all over again. My husband and I were advised to come in. I requested to know all the documentation they would need on the phone, being a loan processor myself, I wanted to make this a one & done visit. From the point that we walked into the door the people were friendly and personable. We sat down and got right to business. Jodi Easley was a fairly new salesperson there and James Wheeler was assisting her. They both were wonderful to talk to, and even through it did take a bit over an hour to run the credit and get the financing in place we didnt mind because the conversation and socialization was so good. James told us upfront what he could and could not do and why. Even though they technically closed at 9 pm, and I asked to drive the car I could purchase one more time, they gladly took me out again for a second test drive. None of us left until after 10pm to finalize the deal. They were fabulous and when its time to trade this one back in, in a couple years to move up, we will be returning to them for the purchase.

This was by far the easiest and best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Everyone was very friendly, listened to what I needed and feel very satisfied with my car deal. Both Robert and Rock were fabulous.

When I first started car shopping I didn't know where to start so I went to a few dealerships more local to me but I never thought my credit was so bad that I would be turned down everywhere.. i was really discouraged. I remembered hearing there name and decided to look them up and head on over to see if I could be helped. Rob met me out on the lot when I got there and told me they could help people with all kinds of credit challenges. Doubtful I proceeded to explore further. Shortly after filling out the application rock the finance guy came out to explain my credit and go over my financing options. I was shocked that they could help me, but even better than that was that it was a pretty good interest rate! I was on board at that point. Rob and I went hunting for vehicles and I was able to find the right fit in no time. Rob helped narrow down vehicles like a pro listening to what I wanted not just what I needed. Thank you Rob and Rock I will definately be back next time.

I was very hestitant about being approached by a Car Salesman. Rob made it so enjoyable to look at cars. He never made me feel pressured and was very knowledgeable about the cars I had test driven. I would definitely recommend Rob to any of my Friends and Family. Thank you Rob for your help.

I was really hesitant to come to another car dealership after being told no so many times but I thought I would try one more time, and Robert sounded very confident on the phone. As soon as I got there Robert came out to greet me. He was very friendly and professional, he listened to me and didnt treat me like someone with bad credit. The process was very quick and painless.
