After owning my used car from them for 7 months my car has had transmission problems. There was a leak and I provided the paperwork and the service manager Eric Kramer at first told me I am on my own and to see what’s wrong would be 100 dollars. After consistently telling him to look at it he said he finally would and I needed a front axel repaired. He told me that isn’t covered in the power train warranty. I was definstely let down and I’d stay away from the company as a whole for future purchases due to Eric. I’ve been loyal to them for 8 years too as well as my mom. I consistently mentioned to him about good faith and doing the right thing but was told it is what it is and you get what you pay for when buying a used car. Couldn’t even get him to make a deal with labor costs for it. More

The only thing I wish the would have delt a little better on a cover for the trunk. I called another Toyota dealer and found it for like $50.00 less at retail. I still feel they could have done better on that.v More

I currently live in Baltimore, MD, however, I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Grata (Hermitage, PA) and plan to continue as long as the dealership and my family remains in the area. Mel Grata has been truly fair with pricing compared with competitors.
