I was told on the phone when I scheduled my appointment that my rear differential fluid was going to be changed. I got there the morning of the appointment, and the guy told me that was not included in the that my rear differential fluid was going to be changed. Also, I understand the air filters are not included. The guy did not even give me prices or the opportunity to have them changed. More
