after 15 years I did my due reviews on line and chose to visit Waikem Honda. Met Duane Carnathan and we talked about Accords. we talked EX & LX differences and som I did my due reviews on line and chose to visit Waikem Honda. Color was a discussion item as Waikem did not have what I liked. we got down to a blue LX with Gray interior which Duane would have to find. I left with a Price And a Car to have "SOON". that evening Duane Called and said Waikem had found a buyer for my trade-in and for a little more money than we had agreed to. Behold the next morning Duane called and said we had a car. We made a time for pick-up and everything went well. Duane explained all the bells & whistles on the car very well and we were on our way. Final place that I shopped I work many hours as a retail manager. I was inquiring about vehicles on line with many dealerships since I don't have a lot of time to visit them. I DID visit a competitor of waikem Honda and liked the offer they gave me on a new civic but didn't really care for the salesman. As a store manager I look for exceptional customer service and at waikem Honda I received it. My salesman was Brian Russ. He had an exceptional positive attitude and really seamed to put ME and my wants on the top of his list. Brian and his sales manager put me in the car that I wanted at a great price. I have bought MANY vehicles over the years but have never purchased one from waikem. After the great service I received I would definately buy from them again. Gentleman at Waikem.
