My prior visit indicated that my tires were a little worn and rated as a yellow indicator as a result. This most recent visit indicate green which is back to ni problem. The staff and service people where very professional and courteous, But 30 days and 3 appts to get in was a bit much. If this was an "issue" on my car, and I needed the car to get to work, I would not be courteous, But 30 days and 3 appts to get in was a bit much. If this was an "issue" on my car, and I needed the car to get to work, I would not be happy. It was a recall part....1. never told to have little gas in the tank, had to re schedule, 2. You called to reschedule due to lack of service repair staff, and the 3. appt was ok. But had to have my daughter take off work to pick me up and bring me back. Not the same Honda Center or car lot it once was. Had to ask how my free car inspection checked out ( as I didn't ask for it, nor want it in the first place) I won't tell you what my husband said... Communication was excellent; explanation of what was to be done and wait time was precise. Appreciated the multi-point inspection. I did not get the satisfaction that I needed from your people so i went to the dealership in Wooster. They went over the top to help us. They fix part of our problems and doing some research on the others people so i went to the dealership in Wooster. They went over the top to help us. Needless to say it won’t be from your dealership. More
