when my car was done you gave me a free car wash so went and got it then swept out my car and I found 2 small sliver bolt heads on the floor under my steering wheel . had my car towed in & i kept getting messages that car was in garage & 2 cars ahead of mine. That was fine bit had to keep calling every week to find out what was happening. I explained that I was on unemployment and need to look for jobs but that didn’t matter. all that they needed to do was Computer related and then I finally got my car back.
