need some improvements My husband dropped off my SRX for a cracked/spider webbed CUE screen. He verified my cell number with Keven Hamby. Apparently someone tried to contact me at an old home phone number which has been inactive since 2015. They then tried to reach me at an old email that is rarely used. When I tried to call the person that sent the email, I got his voicemail and have never received a return call from that person. I called the service department to confirm that my car was ready to pick up and Service did not answer. Finally got confirmation that my car was ready and upon picking up the car, several items were in the front floorboard and on the passenger seat. These were things like my sunglasses, mints, a pen and my sun shield. I guess they had to move these things to do the repair to CUE screen. Before I could enter my car, I had to fold up the sun shield and move the other things out of the seat. I guess they could not figure out how to fold the sunscreen. This was the first time my vehicle had been into the shop for any repair. I will certainly use Dimmitt again if I need service but you would think they would have taken the time to put things back that they moved. More

Continued with my next touch...Dean Cocilova. Dean and Bruni both put service above the business of selling. It is almost as if they are here to serve first and Sales is a by-product. I also had the privilege of meeting Steve, a Sales Manager and Naman, the Finance Manager- both Of whom were a joy to deal with. The car I purchased was better than advertised- an absolute creampuff. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. More

Prompt and accommodating service I had an appointment for service at the Dimmitt facility in St Pete, but was not told until arrival there that they only service my newly-acquired Cad I had an appointment for service at the Dimmitt facility in St Pete, but was not told until arrival there that they only service my newly-acquired Cadillac model at the Clearwater location. They made a quick call to make an appointment for me in Clearwater, with 1/2 hour travel time anticipated. Even with such short notice, Patricia logged my information into the system, discussed my needs and moved the car rapidly into the service area. The 15,000 mile inspection was completed without need for further service and was returned to me rapidly. Their recommended service intervals were explained to me and all questions were answered. It was a positive experience and I am pleased to be a customer of their service team. More
