I appreciated the customer service from the in-person interaction, expedient arrangement for the rides from/to the dealership, and overall transparency. The side door panel issue was technical thus time interaction, expedient arrangement for the rides from/to the dealership, and overall transparency. The side door panel issue was technical thus time and amount was reasonable for a dealership. Ispecifically asked for an evaluation of my tire pressure. The problem (nail) wasn't caught until day 2 when taking it off the lift. I took it elsewhere bc they didn't have replacement tires in stock. Same price which is good to know they are not overcharging. Thank you Marina. More
