No loaners, left me stranded, even after i asked about it on the phone, no rentals at the rental service there at the dealership, which toyota doesnt have any affliciation with and they even tell you this. on the phone, no rentals at the rental service there at the dealership, which toyota doesnt have any affliciation with and they even tell you this. Was told id have to wait for one to come back so i had to catch an uber to enterprise rentals and spend more just to get back home 45 miles away. The only reason for that drive was for the great customer service. Had i been told there was no loaner while my truck stayed over night, i would have made other arrangments to save myself a rental fee. More
