I highly recommend Don Hattan park city service. I brought my chevy silverado 1500 high country truck in for service on a vibration. They informed me my transmission was bad and rear differential. Luckily I bought the extended warranty which I highly recommend with my purchase of truck at don hattan. It took a few months to actually get my transmission from GM do to the fact it was around the holidays and very severe weather delays we had here in the mid west and all over the country this winter. Also the high demand and lack of supply on these 8 speed transmissions for a 6.2L especially. After a long wait and getting very impatient the service manager and his team was very patient with me and insured me I will get it soon and took care of me by giving me a loaner vehicle free of charge the whole time. Finally when we got the new transmission from GM and was installed it was worth the wait. The service team did a quality job and now it feels I have a new truck. They took care of everything on the warranty end and I only had to pay very little for service done outside of warranty. I'm very happy with the job they did and the professionalism, patience and quality of Charles, Matty and the whole service team. I bought 3 vehicles from Don Hattan now and recommend them if you are buying a vehicle and definitely get their extended warranty!! More

This is such a horrible place. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. They told me my sway bars and some else needed to be replaced as well as new tires and they would do a I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. They told me my sway bars and some else needed to be replaced as well as new tires and they would do a balance as well. With the tires and work that was done was around 2200.00. After getting my truck back, the ac sounds like you are in an air plane. Drove it out of town for the first time and he shakes so bad, you couldn’t really do the speed limit. I take it back to the shop and the tell me they didn’t cause any of these issues and I’m looking at another 2200.00. I was never having any of these issues before taking it in for the first time. Then the lady gone say don’t turn the ac on full blast so it don’t use so much power. Like I’m pissed. They will never get my business ever again More

Very disappointed in the service of recall work. Had a 7:30am appointment that should only take 1/2 day (according to recall notice). Now there telling me they may not get work done. Tyler Hutto handled our service problem as the consummate professional. Another dealer in town had put us off for 6 weeks but Tyler got us in and completed in 5 days and that included a weekend.
