This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. I went in support of my daughter because she had been speaking to a sales person named Barron? When we got there this tall lady rushed out to us and I went in support of my daughter because she had been speaking to a sales person named Barron? When we got there this tall lady rushed out to us and lead us to her office . We asked for Barron and she said oh he’s just our internet sales guy he doesn’t work here, I’ll help you ??? I decided to sit in just in case. Well let’s just say, they definitely tried to get over on her . Tried to finesse her out of a big down payment for a car with high miles and it had a huge dent on the passenger door. They didn’t show that online. Long story short , we wasted our time and gas because we didn’t like how they tried to play games and Most of all, found out they lied about they’re sales guy. He was sitting in the next booth babysitting with his daughter. That’s no problem, but why lie that he wasn’t there? Hands down the worst place I ever encountered and most unprofessional visit ever. She was severely lacking proper customer service etiquette and dropped about 30 F bombs while trying to joke around with us . Said her boss had short legs and a big head . Lol smh.. We should have walked out the second we walked in. More

My car had a check engine icon on it and it was just a sensor and the customer service was outstanding. The service was great and timely. I was in and out in under an hour. I originally went in for an oil change and ended up getting my tires rotated and a new battery and it didn’t break I was in and out in under an hour.
