Came in for an oil change and tire rotation at the Xpress area (no appointments). Waited 2.5 hours (just a heads up - don't go at 8AM). The staff was very friendly, and I don't feel like they tried to take area (no appointments). Waited 2.5 hours (just a heads up - don't go at 8AM).
