Worst dealer i have ever dealt with. A car was cheaper than expected so I worked with them to coordinate a visit from Lemon Squad (mobile mechanic) to check it out. It is now 2 weeks later and the car is still still on the site, their lot and for sale, the sales guy made all kinds of noises but obviously they just knew what the mechanic would have found. On top of that, they kept "reducing" the price, but the out the door price never changed. More

Avoid this dealer - Financial and Service Issues I purchased a vehicle from Don Jackson North and had a terrible experience. 1) I was sold a $2,997 service contract that I cancelled almost immediately purchased a vehicle from Don Jackson North and had a terrible experience. 1) I was sold a $2,997 service contract that I cancelled almost immediately, but they are now refusing to issue my refund. 2) The car was supposed to include a charging cable, but the bag was empty when I got home. 3) The car was filthy; I found cookie crumbs all over my clothes after sitting in the "cleaned" interior. I have filed complaints with the BBB and am seeking my refund. Buyer beware. More
I had the pleasure of working with Tye, Carl and Mike when I traded in my '21 JL Rubicon for a new one. It was a bit complicated as I live in Virginia, but they made the transaction seamless. A guy named Jim had told us that he made sure there were no extra stuff, we then went there the next day and they had us wait all day, and after that they proceeded to tell us they made sure there wasn't an no extra stuff, we then went there the next day and they had us wait all day, and after that they proceeded to tell us they made sure there wasn't anything extra then had us sign stuff and had said what we were signing and then ended up charging an extra 3,500 dollars for an extended warranty without telling us. While waiting Jim had come out and told us very loudly where people were around us that the credit score was the lowest he's ever seen, and had also told us there was water and a vending machine but failed to mention the ice cream and coffee. I am extremely disappointed with how this dealership handled our purchase and a $4,000 used EV tax credit. When we bought our used EV, we told the dealership several times that we did not qualify for th handled our purchase and a $4,000 used EV tax credit. When we bought our used EV, we told the dealership several times that we did not qualify for the tax credit. They added the $4,000 credit to the first draft of the contract, and we asked them to remove it. The final lender-approved contract they sent us— and the one the bank funded—did NOT include any tax credit. Months later, we received a letter from the IRS stating that the dealership filed for the $4,000 credit in our name anyway, even though it was not in the final contract. I contacted the dealership multiple times, and a manager admitted on a recorded call that the credit was filed in error and told us the dealership would send us a check to correct it. That was back in February, and we still have not received anything. Since then, the dealership has stopped responding with any meaningful updates. We now have to consider filing complaints with the State Attorney General and the IRS to resolve something that should never have happened in the first place. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I want other customers to be aware of how this situation was handled. More
Bought vehicle 29 July 2025 from overseas as I'm in the UK with the military. Dealer gave several conflicting reasons for the added mileage and has not provided a written explanation nor apology, despite my requests. Fuel levels indicate the car was driven 15–17 Aug while in their custody. Several items sold with the car are missing or defective (advantage kit not provided, no floor mats, only one key, mirrors don’t fold, oil life 50%, stability control error, air suspension leaking). Multiple staff told me “these things happen” and refused to help, along with the GM avoiding my calls, emails, and voice mails. Unsatisfied and would not recommend. More
