Well, my first experience was they didn’t top off my fluids on an oil change, which isn’t a big deal but I left it there because I had a thumping noise coming out of my stereo. They couldn’t make the one phone call to explorer to get advice on the issue. They just call and say they do not do that work. If you’re going to sell the vehicle, then you should service the vehicle correct it’ll be my last time going there talk about lazy. More
