I tried calling Celine the accounting manager and left voicemails but she didn’t respond/never called back especially after she left her message/phone number here to Resolve my issue . She acts fake and pretends like she wants to take care of the situation and trying to show the dealership that she is taking care of customers by just throwing an apology message here but not acting upon the issue. This is the exact scam I m talking about. Celine is a very unethical and unprofessional person and a liar and hope this place loses business because of their bad business practices. WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOYORA DEALERSHIP.

Tried that. She forwarded me a service manager (Llyod?) that has never returned my calls have emailed their GM directly - no response. This dealership is making a lame attempt to address this - just that lame. There is clearly a QC issue in the service department and there is also a deeper issue regarding management's attempt to delve into this. The old addage of "fix the customer then fix the problem" is being ignored. I would be happy to sit down and discuss process improvements with someone in a position of authority.

This is your canned response. Don't put the comms burden on me. YOUR customer service manager needs to reach out to me. It is clear that your management hopes that this will " go away".
