In particular, the assistance and thoroughness provided by my sales rep, Rod Israeli, was the best I've had in my life. Rod let me delay my response on the purchase and even provided his personal cell number for me to contact him on his day off. Rod stayed after hours on both of my visits the Don Miller's and he spent 30 minutes after the sale giving me another test ride with a full explanation about the cars features and the workings of the engine.
