My Review of Donaldson's Volkswagen:
Avoid this dealership at all cost!! Bought my car there and have been loyal up until most recently when they have completely screwed up my car. Paid a lot of money for my car and now after 2 failed attempts at fixing (they only caused more problems) am forced to take it to another dealership to be fixed correctly.

My Review of Donaldson's Volkswagen:
My boyfriend and I decided to stop at Donaldson's VW on a whim and I ended up purchasing a used 2008 Jetta SE. After a few days at other dealerships with overly pushy salesmen, it was an extreme pleasure to meet Thomas. He was wonderful throughout the process, and helped me find a car that I absolutely love for a very good price. :)

We had a very favorable experience in purchasing our new VW CC model. Our salesman, Mike Ragusa spent alot of time with us answering all our questions and concerns and did a great job in going over all the details and features of the new vehicle upon delivery.We hane also recommended Donaldsons VW to many of our friends and family.

I am Giving this rating to Darren and to Donaldsons VW because Darren took the time to make sure i was getting the car i really wanted. He also took a lenghy amount of time to make sure i knew how to use my car and all the accessories in my car. My mom came with me and she actually found out how to use some of the accessories in hew VW as well.

Being helped and accommodated by David Clark made for a very enjoyable car shopping experience at Donaldson. My wife and I had a lot of questions and requests and Mr. Clark never hesitated to help us in every way he could, and was always willing to go back out to the parking lot to show us other models we may have been interested in, no matter how many times we asked. As already stated, it was a great experience at Donaldson made possible by David Clark, who had been kind and patient for the entire process.

My experience with Donaldson's VW was positive, Brad is a great salesman and answered all my questions.
He went out of his way to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed.

My Review of Donaldson's Volkswagen:
I have leased many VW's and been to every VW dealership on Long Island and there is no one better to deal with than Mike and his team at Donaldson. Not only are they helpful and friendly but they are the only sales people I have met who are there to find out what you actually need and put you in a car that is the perfect fit. You are welcomed into the dealership with friendly hellos, not pushy sales people and they have made a lifetime customer out of me. There was no drawn out negotiating back and forth, they gave me a great price, with all the knowledge I needed up front. They were honest about what cars they had, and didn't have on the lot and were able to locate, secure and deliver just what I was looking for in my most recent lease of a 2012 Jetta SE. They are the type of people you want to give business too and I look forward to going back to Mike for my next car and sending any friends or family I know his way. It was a pleasure as always and even though the dealership was alot farther than my other local VW's, it was well worth the trip!

Always greeted by a friendly staff, I felt at ease from the moment I walked into the showroom. Brad Drexler and Jeff Reiter were both patient and willing/able to answer all of my questions at every turn. I had no doubt that my happiness came first and I couldn't have asked for more. My volkswagen is every bit as amazing as promised and then some and the price was impossible to beat. I will absolutely recommend this dealership and VW to my friends, family and co-workers. :)
