Brought my new truck home to find the headlights did not work there was no keyless entry code or owners Manuel in the truck. I scheduled appointment to get lights worked on they said they would do the wo work there was no keyless entry code or owners Manuel in the truck. I scheduled appointment to get lights worked on they said they would do the work in one day they ended up having my truck all weekend. And finally they never transferred the registration from the truck I traded in. I called they told me they didn’t account for the 6 dollar registration transfer fee and I would have to deal with it myself. Over all the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I’ve bought my last 3 trucks there and I assure I will never go back. Terrible More

Amazing customer service! Todd the General Manager came to my rescue when no loaner cars were on site. He had Enterprise deliver a car immmediately. Covid has caused such delays with regards to equipment to my rescue when no loaner cars were on site. He had Enterprise deliver a car immmediately. Worst service center ever they broke muffler while they were servicing my vechicle and tried saying I brought it to them like that it was quiet now it's super loud and they want me to pay for it I didn't t were servicing my vechicle and tried saying I brought it to them like that it was quiet now it's super loud and they want me to pay for it I didn't treated like a paying customer I asked the guy to replace lifter while he was in there and he said they all look good but yet my motor is still loud I would of payed for it all to get done but no they just wanted the quick buck I wanted my vehicle fixed.the right way but instead know I have to pay some one else to do it and on top of that I have to.pay know to fix my muffler because that what they were trying to sell me on and I said no because it was quiet but know it's loud worst mechanic shop.ever More

So far in the two months that I’ve had my car, I have not received positive vibes from this dealership. The best part of the sale was the very nice salesman. After the sale I had to get the oil changed. (I did get a coupon for a limited oil change.) The waiting are had very stale coffee and the service department reps were less than friendly.
