My husband traded in a ford ranger truck (2011) that there was nothing wrong with it. Traded for a GMC Terrain (2015). Had it maybe 3 months and the engine light came on. It's a carbon monoxide buildup there was nothing wrong with it. Traded for a GMC Terrain (2015). Had it maybe 3 months and the engine light came on. It's a carbon monoxide buildup is what they said and of course it's NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. They want $1200 to fix. We will never buy from Donnell Ford and I definitely will be telling everyone about this. I just don't understand why car dealerships are so deceitful. Dealers are always your friend when you walk through the door but when you come back with a problem...they want nothing to do with it!!! More

The staff at donnell ford were absolutely fantastic! Ron and Angel worked incredibly hard to make sure u found what I was looking for in a price range I could afford and they made sure I was completely happ and Angel worked incredibly hard to make sure u found what I was looking for in a price range I could afford and they made sure I was completely happy and in love with my choice before I left the lot!!! I had a good experience. Sales dept was great. Jim and John are both great guys. Only issue I had with my experience was having to pay for labor on accessories I ordered, that cost me over $1500 out of po John are both great guys.
