I had a very frustrating experience with Doral Hyundai. I brought my car in for service and ended up without my vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time with little to no communication from their team. I brought my car in for service and ended up without my vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time with little to no communication from their team. I constantly had to call for updates, and most of the time no one answered or gave me clear information. It honestly feels like once they have your car, you stop being a priority. This caused me to miss work and deal with unnecessary stress just trying to get basic answers. What’s worse is that this is related to an ongoing case with Hyundai, and instead of helping move things forward, the dealership has only made the process slower and more difficult. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. I would not recommend Doral Hyundai based on my experience. If you value your time and want clear communication, I suggest going somewhere else. More

My experiencia en Doral Hiunday fue muy negativa. Referi a un cliente para la compra de un vehículo con el vendedor Ismel y en Financista Juan. Después de cerrar la venta, no cumplieron con el refer Referi a un cliente para la compra de un vehículo con el vendedor Ismel y en Financista Juan. Después de cerrar la venta, no cumplieron con el referido ni con la comisión q se supone que pagan por traer clientes. Es decepcionante porq uno ayuda a traer negocios al dealer esperando profesionalismo y cumplimiento, y cada uno se limpia de responsabilidad diciendo que la culpa no es de él sino de la otra persona. Recomiendo a otras personas tener cuidado y dejar bien todo por escrito antes de referir clientes a este dealer, porque en mi caso no cumplieron con lo prometido. More
