This is why I have given a great rating. My wife and I Came in to pick up our new ford explorer during the financial part we ran into quite the little hang up long story short Paul and Debbie in financing were outstanding in fixing the situation. They are great to work with.

Told to rent a car at my own expense for faulty seat belt. When I questioned why and that it was the most important safety feature and required by law to use the service guy said "so" you'll have to wait 4 days for a part or rent a car. This was for a Kia Sorento that was less than a year old and under warranty! Worst service ever and to give attitude when the faulty part was as important as a seatbelt is inexcusable!!!!! I will never ever recommend this place and will be placing similar reviews about Dorsch everywhere I can!!!!

We visited Dorsch West and had a great experience. We were well informed by Ryan about the vehicle we were interested in. He was not pushy which we enjoyed. Ryan and Mark did a great job getting us the vehicle today to take home. We appreciate their service!

I researched my Ford for weeks over the internet and found a vehicle I wanted in the Chicago area. I was all ready to go and get the car when the deal went sour. During my research, I had test drove a similar styled vehicle that I wanted with Dallas at Dorsch. When I reconnected with him, he had informed me that a C-Max was being shipped into their dealership in a few days and that he would send me his best price. His price actually beat the Chicago area dealers price and was a local dealer. Dallas was also the only sales associate from any dealerships who seemed to respond well to my email requests for information without placing me on some robot based mailers that flooded my inbox. He was full of info and a willingness to find out anything I had questions about.

Since buying the car, I have been back to dealership for coffee and visits with Dallas to let him know how much I love the C-Max. He ALWAYS remembers my name and seems to never forget prior conversations. This is not a normal sales associate who forgets you as soon as the deal is done. I would go back to Dorsch in a heartbeat if I need another car. I have and will continue to recommend the dealer and especially Dallas to all my family and friends.

Excellent experience. Dorsch has a process in place that makes shopping and buying a car a good experience. Brad was knowledgeable and patient while helping me find what I wanted - not what he wanted to sell me. All the people I met were friendly and efficient. The owner even took the time to meet me and my husband. The whole dealership - even the service area - is spotlessly clean. I appreciate the ongoing support offered at the dealership, online, and personally from Brad. Buying a car at Dorsch was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

Gene was an excellent salesperson. He made sure all my wants, needs and desires were met. He went step by step with me through the entire sales proccess. He also went through every detail of my new F150 and showed me how all the equipment worked. Awesome experience.

The service was excellent right from the beginning. They were out the door giving me service once my feet hit the lot. Plenty of greetings and very friendly staff. They were flexible with the down payment and explained in detail every part of the deal. An outstanding experience.
