My Review of Dorsch Ford Kia:
Eric was very helpful with the answers he provided, and was not "Pushy". I hate that in a car salesman. If I have questions, I just want the answers, or other answers along those lines. He did a very good job explaining the difference between leasing, and purchasing....and when I said I didn't like leasing option, he didn't bring it up again. Eric gained my trust, and I intent to seek him out if or when I get a another car.

Great experience everyone was wonderful. Our Sales Consultant was Robb Devine and he was great. No high pressure sales. He gave us the info we needed and went through the cars features, etc. I would highly recommend this dealer. Gave us the best deal in town. Go see Robb Devine he was great!

The service was great, Joe was very friendly and easy to work with. The quality of work was good however, a friend has brought their car back 3 times for the same repair on a leaking sunroof and it still leaks. They have been considerate in fixing it but the quality has been disappointing. Price is okay but dealership prices.

I love my Ford Escape! I loved meeting Michelle McDonald my sales person. She made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about my purchase completely. The service department is great! No matter what I am there for they treat me with great respect. My last service visit John Collin was my service person. He could not been more helpful. My Review of Dorsch Ford Kia:
My car broke down on highway 43 on Saturday 05-12-2012 and had to be towed to Dorsch Ford. I arrived at around 3:20 pm. I told John Collin that I was planning to leave for home "Laurium Michigan" the following morning. What I expected was for John to tell me that they would look at it first thing Monday morning. Instead John told me he would try to have a mechanic look at it to diagnose and perhaps try to fix the problem but that the mechanics were leaving at 4:30 pm. He was very understanding and truly concerned about the situation I was in. Well to my great relief the problem was found and corrected and I was on my way home Sunday morning. I must say that this is the type of service that will get new customers and keep old ones. I have recommended Dorsch Ford Kia to my relatives in Wisconsin and have told them to recommend Dorsch to their friends. Thanks to the fantastic service from John and Dorsch Ford Kia, what could have been a much more trying experience turned into a very satisfying day overall. Thank you John Collin and Dorsch Ford Kia.

Had a great experience working with Eric on finding a new car that fit all our 'wants'. Simply provided Eric a list of things we would like and don't want. He knew exactly what would fit all of our requirements and saved us a lot of time looking around at options that weren't even an option!! Knowledgable on the vehicles and features. Very friendly to work with!! Would have and already have recommended him!!
