This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase through a car dealer that I have ever done! I worked with Rowdy and not one time did I feel like I was being jerked around not only that they are not charging car dealer that I have ever done! Our car was brought in for service on December 20th. This was the 3rd time our car has been at Doug Smith Kia for the SAME problem. Today is January 11th and we STILL do not have our vehicle.
