Just purchased car #3 from Doug Smith! We've had nothing but great experiences and treatment at Doug Smith. We recently purchased our 3rd car from Lynn Wightman and he's been great to work with. He's bent over backwards to make sure we get exactly what we want at a great price. We had a great experience with the finance manager, Darren as well. He made sure we got the payments we needed with the downpayment we could afford. As I mentioned, this is our third car from the Doug Smith group, they have a great selection and will work to find just the right vehicle to meet our family's needs. We'll be back when it's time for Car #4. More

Trustworthy Service Admittedly, we were first drawn to Doug Smith Kia by an advertisement for a new care we thought was too good to be true--about what we would pay for a Admittedly, we were first drawn to Doug Smith Kia by an advertisement for a new care we thought was too good to be true--about what we would pay for a good used car. I emailed the dealership about it, and the email response by Bailey Winter caught my attention. Just something about the email gave the impression that he would look out for our best interests. We decided to stop by on a trip to SLC to see the car advertised after making an appointment with Bailey. We found him to be true to his word. Bailey was obviously very knowledgable on Kias. My wife and I felt we had all our questions answered in an honest way, Frankly, Bailey sold us the car by allowing us to make up our minds without too much pressure--although there was some, and the deal kept getting sweeter.. We test drove the advertised standard shift Soul, and an upgraded one, deciding on an upgrade. We like our Soul and were amazed when we realized we purchased it without ever driving it specifically--it was in the showroom! I guess that shows you how much we trusted Bailey and the Dealership. Perhaps we were foolish as we had not planned to buy a car that day--but we did our homework and I had driven several Kia Soul rental cars previously and liked them. We did decide against the extra undercoating, etc, and appreciate Darin working with us when we changed our minds--we found those we interacted with at Doug Smith Kia to be good honest people. More

Wow, our salesman Bjorn at your Doug Smith KIA dealership in American Fork went the extra mile in helping us find the exact Certified Used Vehicle we were looking for. We were looking for a KIA Sorrento with a 3rd row of seats, but everytime one became available at several other dealerships, it was sold before we could look at it. Bjorn kept us in mind and when a trade-in became available he was quick to help us tie it up and purchase it. It was interesting to watch your entire team go to work once we decided this was the car we wanted. The vehicle is like new and we have not had any problems. The Kia warranties are unmatched and gave us added confidence in our purchase. What we were most impressed with was our overall buying experience. This was our first car we bought from a dealership and we were fairly hesitant because everyone we spoke to had negative stories about buying a car and dealing with a dealership. That was not the case at all at the Doug Smith Kia Dealership. First off, they were the only dealership our friends and colleagues said good things about so we decided to go with them. The minute we were there we felt welcomed and not pressured at all. Fortunately we were able to work with the best salesman…Zachary Hansen. He was the most cheerful, laid back guy. He listened to everything we wanted and showed us just that. Never once did he try to persuade us in a different direction. Even our test drive with him was fun and relaxing. Zach seriously made all the difference in the world and actually made our first time experience so good we said we’re coming back to him and getting another car soon. He even went out of his way to get us some trade in money for our old car, which I didn’t think we could anything. He also kept in touch and sent us some friendly letters in the mail to thank us and make sure we were doing well.
