I have been to Downtown Nashville Nissan in the last 3 months May 2025 Oil Change and then May 2025 Driver belt which my receipt said Fan belt which is strange. June 2025 I got rear brakes repair and rot months May 2025 Oil Change and then May 2025 Driver belt which my receipt said Fan belt which is strange. June 2025 I got rear brakes repair and rotors resurface. My oil sticker say 10/26/2025 but my Oil light and filter light has been on since July. Which they told me don't worried about it. Got rear brakes repair June 2025 call and told them one week after repair June that my Tire light was flashing told me to reset the tire setting. Now I have ABS, Tire Sensor Light ,traction light AWD light that came on all in one day for my rear right which I was told by the tire shop that the person who did my rear brake has broken a wire or sensor or they gave me a faulty part Code reads C1103 Rear Right Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Fault I call Nissan and he tells me "That they will look at it BUT here is the Scam Part! but if it's not there fault they will charge me $220 " Which that was the hint letting me know they are going to make it seems like its not there fault to take more money . People are really out here scamming hard working people. Dealership are shade trees mechanic also. I won't let them touch nothing else on my car ever again. If they just fixed my vehicle they should waived inspection Fees if it hasn't been 90 days. They have got like $440 just in Diagnostic Fees in the last 2 months for them to tell me the same diagnostic they gave the first time. More

In July 2024. I took my car to downtown Nissan dealership for repair. The steering wheel was locking up while driving. They stated that the steering rack was the only thing that could cause this problem. The repair would cost $2700. They also recommended that the brakes be repaired and other recommended maintenance issues. Total cost was $4700. Before payment I asked are they sure this was solve the problem I was assured it would. The car was repaired. The next day the problem occurred at least 3 times. I notified the dealer and they told me to bring the car back. They kept the car for at least 4-5 days. They called in a Nissan engineer to diagnose the problem and found that the steering pump was actually the problem. I asked why wasn’t this person consulted initially and there was no answer. They then stated they could fix the problem for $1500 and that would just be the charge for the part. I could not give these ppl anymore of my money. I picked up my car. I filed a formal complaint. I called the sales manager asking for help and she stated a district manager would contact me. No one contacted me for over 2 weeks. I finally spoke with the manager today 8/10 asking for a refund of $2700 and he refused. More

Then, really worked to find the best deal I could afford and I was able to buy my first Nissan Pathfinder. It’s been a process but Tim and Christian helped to make it doable, so I would definitely recommend this dealership because of this team. More

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I'm beyond disappointed in these people and this dealership. I don't see how they are still open with their unethical business practices. These people are criminals and will take your money and pull a fast one on you. Save yourself the trouble and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You would think a big dealership wouldn't try to pull a fast one, but never have I felt so taken advantage of or violated. They advertised a car at $29,999, valued on KBB and Edmunds between 26,000 and 27,462 (in excellent condition), which got me down there in the first place. The first day, I walked because we couldn't agree on a number. The next day, they got me back in by negotiating a deal where they would go down to $28,000 with all taxes and fees included and verbatim "not a penny more," even went as far as to say, "I would never bring you here under a false number," as well as $8,000 towards my car for my trade-in, and promised me I would be in and out because I needed to be somewhere that day. When I went to sign, they knew I was in a hurry, so they took advantage. And though they assured me many times I was getting the deal for $28,000, and I was confused by the paperwork and even asked about it, they told me not to worry about it, changed the numbers around, and charged me a cash price of $37,261.09 instead! They moved numbers around, so I got practically nothing for my trade when I was supposed to get what they said was $7500 + a tax credit (xx) and added a service I never ordered! I put down a down payment of $8,000 + my downpayment and somehow got a finance bill for $29,460! Not to mention, they wouldn't give me my paperwork for over a month, clearly used bait-and-switch tactics, obviously committed fraud, lied, and basically stole my trade-in. They wouldn't answer calls or return messages; when I went there physically, they were uncomfortable, tried to avoid me, and told me to ignore essential numbers. They never gave me all my paperwork to date. When I tried to cancel the extras, Mary in finance gave false representations to sell me, which were completely unnecessary. They only canceled them once I took them to the Better Business Bureau! I didn't agree to let them have my trade-in for basically nothing. They changed the numbers and charged way over MSRP to make my trade-in worth about $350.00 after refunding the cancellations and services THEY added on without my knowledge! Be very careful if you do go here. Check all the paperwork. They promised me one thing and did another. I thought I could trust them, and they blind-sighted me. I wish I had read the reviews on the BBB before I went down here. I suggest checking those before stepping in the door here. Better yet, save yourself the trouble and don't even go. They will make promises they won't keep and then not pick up the phone or give you the necessary paperwork. They will sneak in services you did not order, like "perma plate," like they did to me. By the way, I later learned that it is a $2150 extra wax job. My best advice is to stay as far away from this slimy dealership as possible. I wish I never stepped foot in this place. I'm still sick about it months later. I just reported them and hope they get investigated because, as I can see, I'm not the first person they have duped. You'll regret it. I'm going to puke again now because I'm still overpaying for the xx they pulled. More
