The lack of follow up on promised items was HORRIBLE- we had to make several calls to the sales person at AC Motors to get an update... Which i tend to find ridiculous and not acceptable. It took over 3 months to get the items that were promised taken care of. We kept getting told that the part we needed was on back order- fine totally understandable- but why wasn't the part ordered the time of closing the deal? Why did we have to call numerous time to get an update- this could have all been avoided with a simple phone call to us stating the part was on back order. But instead we had to call to get that answer. More
