Had a wonderful experience purchasing from Drivers World. Eric did a great job, with patience, i may add, showing vehicles to my wife. After 2 weeks of driving our recently purchased 2004 Ford Taurus the fan belt continued to make a noise that was not normal. I called the service department and made arrangements to drop the car off. The next day the service department called me and informed me that the AC Compressor was broken and it would cost about $800.00 to replace it. I called my sales representative Tim Landers and discussed the situation with him and he promised that he would look into the problem and call me back. 5 minutes later I received his call and was informed that the repairs would be accomplished at no cost to me. The service department ordered the part and replaced it within 2 days, and when I picked up the car the problem was fixed and it cost me nothing. Kudo's to Tim and the service department for taking such good care of my newly acquired car, I will most definetly shop at Drivers World for my mext used car and recommend them to all my friends who might be in the market for a great used car. My grandmother just purchased a van for Mr.Landers a month ago. She bragged soooo much about her experience I had to come in since I was considering buying a vehicle. I visited more than 10 dealerships in the area. This one was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. Tim was not too pushy and although he was knowledgable he did not come off as a cutthroat know-it was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. Even in a slow economy they were willing to give me almost $2k more for my trade in than any other dealership in the area. The manager over there was also great to work with. Although I could tell he wanted to make a deal, he still was not overbearing. I would highly recommend going through this dealership for your next used car purchase. More
