The one disappointment in my experience was that my Jeep's engine service light came on the same day I bought it (Saturday), so I had to bring the car back and leave it until Monday--not the experience I was hoping for after spending that kind of money. However, Frank was very helpful in personally walking me to the service department, filling out the service form, and assuring me that it would be taken care of with no problem when the service department opened on Monday. If the service department provides me the same level of professional and timely help I received from both Frank and Chris, I will be recommending Driver's World to all my friends, family, and coworkers. Both my husband and I had a good experience at Drivers World and with our sales person. Frank was very personable and informative and did his best to get us what we wanted to purchase for our daughter..Sh World and with our sales person. Cd was so helpful with everything that we were looking for. He was very nice and answered all of questions that we had for him.
