They refuse to put any type of protection over the car like a car cover even though they said they would before the contract was initiated. Traveling across multiple state lines with many construction zon like a car cover even though they said they would before the contract was initiated. Traveling across multiple state lines with many construction zones which undoubtedly will cause chips and abrasions in paint and glass. I argued this point with them and they act like they aren't responsible because they aren't tye transporter. I want the car in the shape it was purchased from the dealership,not whatever happens to it on the way. Be a bar raiser of customer care, not the bruised lemon seller. More
