The salesmen at Wilde Toyota did not want me to buy this car! A niche car that is unlikely to sell in winter. They told me I had to use their financing or I could not have it. I told her several times she was the only one that wanted me to have this car and thanked her. It like she was working to help me and make sure I got this car a saved my whole life for. At the end of the day I took my credit union advice about doing business with someone who salesmen would treat me like that. I would have this car if the boots on the ground had not worked against me. Elizabeth had worked so hard trying to help me get this car that I actually felt bad about pulling out after everything she did. I am going to get a great summer beater car and she deserved the credit for me getting it. She could see how bad I wanted it and tried to help me even when I pulled out she understood and treated me like I mattered. She reminded me of all the dealer network and told me she would help me again if I found one. What a great one y’all have in her.Those sales men at Wide Toyota that only cared about their profit and not the company. The money from the niche car would of let them flip 10 cars over winter and tax time. I still feel bad for all the work Eleizabeth did for me to pull out after she did everything. The whole process was conducted online and was smooth. At times it did take a bit to get responses but I guess it's common in a large org with multiple teams involved. Despite having multiple people in various departments, I reached out to her when things were slow and she acted as the point person to help resolve questions. The car arrived in great shape and still feels very new. I haven’t driven it long enough to comment on long-term quality yet, but so far everything has been solid. The only area Driveway could improve is their shipping cost—it’s noticeably higher than other online sellers. It was still manageable since their vehicle prices were slightly better than the competition. Would definitely recommend More
