Made a deal to purchase a vehicle took the pictures to trade in my truck and they said it would be 10 minutes. They’d get back to me. I didn’t hear from the lady till six days later when I told her I was trade in my truck and they said it would be 10 minutes. They’d get back to me. I didn’t hear from the lady till six days later when I told her I was pretty disappointed because they sold the truck and she ghosted me. She didn’t respond to my text message till the next morning at 5 AM when she woke me up so needless to say their service sucks and they also allow a vehicle out from under you More

Where do I start? A revolving door of sales people and they're all poorly trained. They submitted my credit app to multiple lenders even though I asked them not to. I finally get the car and they can't get my plates or registration for 3 weeks. So I can't reive my new car for 3 weeks??? There's no accountability because they're hidden in the internet. Stay away from these clowns. More
