I've never had such an easy car buying experience, nor such a friendly and helpful salesperson. I can't believe the amount of information he knew about each car I looked at. We went with our son to purchase used a vehicle that had some aftermarket equipment on it. Put down $5000 cash (our mistake) and he drove it off the lot (late Friday evening). Called Chrysler Jeep of DuPage next morning (Saturday) requesting to return the car. They refused and told us to bring the car in on Monday to look at. We did some research over the weekend and found the original dealer that sold the car. My son brought it to them and they told us that the vehicle had a history of issues including going through four catalytic converters. We got copies of all the repair documentation (including the computerized readout from the test they ran) and presented it to Chrysler Jeep of DuPage on Monday. The GM was rude and confrontational. The played the stalling game, saying that the person who could make a refund decision was not available. After several days of waiting for a decision, they refused to refund us our money. They only offered to repair the vehicle to original stock forgoing the aftermarket additions that my son wanted in the first place. After purchasing 15 vehicles in my lifetime, we can say that this was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. Do not make the mistake we did. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! More

These people are clueless. I went in for a used Jeep Wrangler, and insisted on a 6 cylinder. I should not have to tell the salesman what he is trying to sell me. The sums up my experience at this joke of a dealer. They lied about how long they had the jeep (Joe insisted that they had revived it "just recently" when they clearly had it for over 4 months. Unless they have an insane deal (I got my jeep for 11k when Kelly Blue Book said its worth 16k) avoid. If you want a Dodge or Jeep try Zeigler in Downers Grove instead. More

It was terrible, I went in for the recall and they told me that they didn't even have the party ready for my car. So then I had to come in the next week because they had to order, well I go there and then me that they didn't even have the party ready for my car. Bait and Switch, and would not recommend to anyone! They were trying to force us into signing new loan papers, and when said NO, they wouldn't give us our trade-in back. I'm not one to use online review sites to post negative feedback, but I consider it my duty to warn potential buyers NOT to visit this dealership. My sales person, Jeff, was certainly kind and friendly, but since purchasing my used Passat from him, I've had nothing but trouble with the dealership initially refusing to repair pre-existing problems, then taking a full two weeks to "fix" a broken stereo that STILL, after 48 hours in the shop, doesn't have a radio that works, refusing to pay for the replacement of the only key they gave me (which I found out, after purchase, has the ring broken off, so it's impossible to attach it to a key ring). Sending me out in a loaner while my car was in the shop (a week after purchase), but not bothering to put any gas in the loaner, so the warning light was on before I even drove off the lot. Phone calls that were supposed to come "Monday for sure," as per the manager's vow, didn't come until the Saturday following that, and then only after I'd called to demand they call me. Offering me a sort of lottery Visa card that "may" earn me $100 (insufficient to cover repairs) and may earn me more--which amounts to playing Russian roulette with customer service. I'm appalled and wish I could sell my car back to the them for the price I got it and purchase elsewhere. This car that I loved has become a source of incredible stress for me and I feel unsafe driving because I can't trust the people who sold it to me. This isn't even mentioning the laundry list of defects a Volkswagen dealership nearby discovered on closer inspection. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. More

Worked with Matt Benson to come up with a sale price on a new Jeep and trade in value. After agreeing to the price over the phone, obtaining a cashier's check and driving two and a half hours to arrive at t new Jeep and trade in value. After agreeing to the price over the phone, obtaining a cashier's check and driving two and a half hours to arrive at the dealership, we were told when we arrived at the dealership that the vehicle we were looking at was sold. Then the salesman offered to sell us a Jeep of approximately $2000 less value for the same price we agreed to on the higher end model. I have since read dozens of reviews regarding this dealership -- they overwhelmingly indicate poor service and a lack of integrity. Avoid this dealer and look for a reputable dealership with good ratings and/or good word of mouth recommendations. More
