I has my car serviced and Inspection done. The service advisor told me the car needs wiper and gave a price. At no time did he advise me that it would not pass inspection without changing them The service advisor told me the car needs wiper and gave a price. At no time did he advise me that it would not pass inspection without changing them. I found this info out when my service was completed and saw a failed inspection. I asked why and was then told because of wipers. I went and bought wipers and went back to the dealer where I had to wait in li e again for reinspection. Not a very good process.I saved $9 but would have gladly paid the extra to avoid the time it took. Someone might want to tell service advisors that not everyone is from VA. So they can give full information when something is going effect inspection. Neither advisor present on 02/28/26 informed me of this. More

The service at Duke Automotive in Suffolk, VA. was excellent upon arrival they checked me in right away and I was informed just how long it would take and I waited in the customer service lounge a was excellent upon arrival they checked me in right away and I was informed just how long it would take and I waited in the customer service lounge and all most to the minute of what I had been told they came in and notified me my car was ready. I got a State Inspection, Oil Change and Tire Rotation all of which were covered by a warranty that I purchased when I bought the car from Duke Automotive, Suffolk, VA. I would like to also add, I believe it was the owner who came in the Lounge checking on customers and thanking us for choosing Duke, that was an added bonus...I appreciate an owner who cares about her customers...
