My purchase experience Duncan Hokie Honda is a great dealership. Ben, my salesman, was fantasic. The sales managers lack a little to be desired. It shouldn't take 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle, and this is outside of the selection, test driving, etc. This is after you say "Lets do this". Honda should have some sort of software that the sales staff can enter information in to that keeps a record with Honda, the dealership, and the credit department. This wasn't Ben's fault, its an error in process. There has to be a more efficient way. That aside, I have recommended Duncan Honda in the past and will continue to recommend them and will tell them to ask for Ben! More
