As I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the right vehicle for myself, I had returned on several occasions to speak with Brian and to test drive the vehicle. On all accounts Brian was patient, understanding, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty information. I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer as a direct result of working with Brian. I would 100% recommend my family and friends to shop Dutchess Mitsubishi and to work with Brian on all future vehicle purchases. I also had the privilege of working with a young man who processed my paperwork for the vehicle (please forgive me, as I do not remember his name), but he was very informative, organized and took time out of his schedule to go over all aspects of my vehicle with me. Unfortunately, the only drawback to my experience was dealing with your Finance Manager. I felt the he was rude and lacked any compassion or understanding for my situation and was unwilling to seek other avenues or alternatives to assist me. The truth is, ONLY after speaking with Brian again and ensuring that I would not have to deal with the Finance Manager directly, did I decide to make my purchase.
