I brought my car and they didn't even look at it on the day I brought it in for service. Richard Jordan, Service Mgr., wouldn't even reply to my numerous correspondence on what they did for my car. Too many problems to list and explain my situation. My advise is to find a different dealership in the area. They do have loads of employees, so staffing is not there problem. They didn't even fix the problem! More
