I went to other dealerships in the area but the service at Duval Ford was very good. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They were also very patient in trying to help me find the best car I could get for my price range. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my trip to this dealership and I love my brand new ford fiesta!

When I walked into the dealership, at least five people said "Hi". This was awesome because it sets the atmosphere. And it seems like a great place to work if everyone is smiling and friendly. This leaves an impression on the customer.

Joseph did a very good job at selling me this car. He wasn't pushy, but at the same time closed the deal! I haven't bought a car for 12 years, so I thought the process would be really complicated, but he streamlined the process. Before I knew it, we were done with the paperwork. He's very polite and professional, and consumers notice these details.

Also, I walked into the dealership already knowing what I wanted. It was a used car. So Joe didn't try to push me into a new car and I really appreciated this.

I would definitely recommend him to friends, mostly because pushy "salesman" are so annoying, and he is relaxed and professional.

This was the best experience by far that I have had buying a new car. Kenny was very informative and took the time to explain the differences in the models I was considering and was very easy to talk with.He found the right car for me that met all my requirements . My husband and I have purchased a few new/used vehicles in the past 12 years, and our experience with Duval Ford and Joe Singleton were by far the best we have ever had!! Greeted by a friendly sales person (Tino) who wasn't pushy, just positive and friendly. Asked about the E350 van and moments later I received a carfax and the keys. He quoted low and high purchase price for the van. I explained that I also had a trade-in and he immediately explained the policy for 2 estimates from auto trader online and theirs. (they always go with the highest estimate) After a test drive, I returned and the estimate was done. We sat down and put all numbers on paper and Chris Smith explained options for financing but I was already pre-approved. Tino drew up required paperwork and explained that the financing manager Chris Hayes had to complete the rest of the paperwork and it should take about 30 minutes, meanwhile he would get the van detailed while we waited. (which he did). Very pleasant and stress-free process. Chris Hayes was very thorough and had me finished with paperwork about 20 minutes later. Tino also explained that Vince (Toy Manager) was not in but would complete all requests the next business day by setting up appointments. No pressure, no haggling just good customer service from all.

Let me tell you I had the BEST time today! Joe was so awesome! He took so much time with us I felt like I was at home. He answered every question and made us laugh the whole time. Antonio was just as great. He remembered us from the last car we got from you guys. He met us at the door to shake my hand and had the best attitude. Then we met Vincent wow talk about feeling like family. I feel like I have known him forever now. Finally it was time for the dreaded paper work and that’s where Mathew came in. It was a breeze. He made everything so easy and explained it all.
If there is anyone looking for a new car I would not tell you to go anywhere else other than Duval Ford. But to get the Full Effect you need all of my guys. Joe, Vincent, Mathew, and Antonio all make you feel like you were sitting around your dinner table enjoying your day while still handling business. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Thom did a fantastic job explaining all the options available and helping us choose which F 150 was best for our needs. It was great to not feel any pressure, but be able to make decisions in a relaxed environment. Chris did a fantastic job explaining all the options in finance.
