When I walked into the dealership, at least five people said "Hi". This was awesome because it sets the atmosphere. And it seems like a great place to work if everyone is smiling and friendly. This leaves an impression on the customer.
Joseph did a very good job at selling me this car. He wasn't pushy, but at the same time closed the deal! I haven't bought a car for 12 years, so I thought the process would be really complicated, but he streamlined the process. Before I knew it, we were done with the paperwork. He's very polite and professional, and consumers notice these details.
Also, I walked into the dealership already knowing what I wanted. It was a used car. So Joe didn't try to push me into a new car and I really appreciated this.
I would definitely recommend him to friends, mostly because pushy "salesman" are so annoying, and he is relaxed and professional.
