As usual, very good service again. The new Duval Ford building is very nice, but would be much nicer with a small cafe. Had to leave vehicle for warranty work on brake booster. Had to return 3 days later to drop off car due to backup in service. No loaner available. Took 2 additional days to complete work. Great service I like the New dealership... You need to address your customer wait time issue for service (backed up lines for service, I was ready to go to another I like the New dealership... Also you might consider modern signage (cool neon's) for Service Dept, Cashier and Retail sales ... its a bit confusing when you first walk in. More
