Car had noise issues day after oil change David wasn't in so Rudy took care of me first. He was great. David finished my job and he's excellent as usual. The thing that stinks and disappointed e was no loaner car for emergency customers. U need a bigger loaner car lot for people with emergency care issues. I understand each advisor has 2 cars to give to their scheduled appointments but what about emergency are issues. Duval needs to work on that. My other dealership had alot of rental cars. Ty More

Awful The only person that was the most help Rudy he made the long wait bearable for my oil change.
