In November, I put down a deposit on a Bolt EUV and was told that It would not be available until spring. I was not told that this dealership had only sold a few Chevy Bolts so it got a very low allocatio told that It would not be available until spring. Once again these people have proven to be total lyers! ! My wife called them 6-months ago to talk to them about removing the payment protection that we added to our loan when we purchased there car! 6-yea ! This is to protect you incase of an accident when you owe more than the car is worth! To the tune of about 50.00 extra per month. They told her to call back when the car was under 5000.00 in which she did. And they could remove the protection plan and remove the monthly cost. But when she followed there advice! They then told her they had changed protection company and so it would not change anything! Really! What does that have to do with anything on our end? The person also said even if we remove it that it would not change our payment! LOLS 😆! 😆 FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THIS COMPANY HAS LIED OVERCHARGE US FOR WORK!
