I made an appointment 1 month ahead of time to fix my reverse camera. They kept the car 2 days without calling. I finally called them Friday around closing time and asked about my car. The lady said the reverse camera. They kept the car 2 days without calling. I finally called them Friday around closing time and asked about my car. The lady said the technician couldn’t figure it out. I told them to lock the keys in the car and I would get a ride to pick it up after work. My car would have sat in the lot all weekend if I wouldn’t have called. I have always been very satisfied with ELCO up until now. More
