I have been taking my 2006 Sierra to a GMC dealer for service in Minnesota exclusively for all service and repair since it was new. I recently moved to Florida and this was my first time visiting the GMC service in Minnesota exclusively for all service and repair since it was new. I recently moved to Florida and this was my first time visiting the GMC dealer in Crystal River for a service issue (replacement of battery) I was never told of a cost or quality of the repair. Additionally the clock time was reset and was set 15 minutes off . I was truly disappointed and will look for other options for future service. I wish the Maas Nissan dealer worked on GMC vehicles, as they set the standard for quality and exceptional service.. More

I have been dealing with Eagle Buick for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. My last dealing had to do with my Air conditioner compressor which they had installed, but at my request was a rebu and have never been disappointed. My last dealing had to do with my Air conditioner compressor which they had installed, but at my request was a rebuilt unit. It was only 6 months from the time it was installed. The place they bought it did not want to cover the warranty and they finally convinced them to cover it. I left the car there after closing and it was done before noon the next day. They also gave me a break on the labor. I would recommend Eagle Buick to anyone. More
