JP called back and left a message and then when I called him back he said that there was a high turnaround in the finance department and they didn’t clarify the address and instead of $150 that he said the first time he sending $100 still disappointing experience.

Just got a phone call from Emich Buick in Homosassa Florida with JP stating Linda told him I posted a response that I’m still disappointed and that he wants his name nowhere near this review for a disappointing experience. If you would’ve sent the gift cards when you said you were going to do it 11 weeks ago and not leave it up to girls in an office and maybe if Kay-was so worried about it she could’ve sent the gift cards. Unbelievable

I am in such disbelief that JP would go in to the outgoing mail and pull the gift card you took a photo of to send me after I’ve been waiting now 12 or 13 weeks for as soon as you found out I was still going to post a negative review you go in and pull the gift card you owe me for $100 which is technically 150 I hope everybody reads this and realizes what a true disappointment you are.Trust me I would use other words currently but I’m trying to be professional as like you are not.

It is extremely unfortunate that your part costs so much. We have checked aftermarket options and none are available. We checked used options and found the closest salvage headlamp in Midway Florida and the part alone costs $990.00. This would obviously save you money but, in our opinion, it is a thousand dollar gamble considering it is used. Ebay did not turn up any viable options either. The MSRP of the factory part is $1399.97. We understand how frustrating it is to have to spend that kind of money on a vehicle with such low mileage. Regretfully, since you are the second owner and the vehicle is over 5 years old we could not get GM to assist. Adding insult to injury, the headlamp is not something that an average tech can replace. Not sure what the engineers were thinking when they decided to make it so difficult. Regarding your battery, it failed our load test and was required. Oftentimes, a bad battery causes a plethora of problems. We hoped that would have been the case with your headlight and did not charge for diagnosis at that time in case it was just the battery. Eagle can do the factory part installed for $1600.00 plus tax. Please give us a call if you would like to take advantage of our offer. Thank you for your business.

I was the first owner of this car which I bought in April 2017 with only 131 miles on it from Eagle Buick and I will have to use you to get it fixed but I want to know why a car with on 18155 miles now had to have a new roof and trunk lock fixed last year and now a lamp fixed This car is a lemon most people don’t have these problems with a new car with that mileage and age. I am very disappointed with this car and won’t keep it once it’s fixed. I will accept the $1600.00 repair charge. I will get back to the dealership when I can bring it in.
