Would give it 5 stars as usually I never have a issue and enjoy coming to get my truck serviced and will continue to go here. But this past time, they forgot to put a air filter cap back on and saw it on top enjoy coming to get my truck serviced and will continue to go here. But this past time, they forgot to put a air filter cap back on and saw it on top of the truck next to the windshield wipers while driving down the road, also the eta was 2-3 hours and unfortunately took a little over 5 hours.
