Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The place is always neet and clean. Great customer service! I drive over an hour to Eagle GMC to have to them service my GMC 2500. I did not have a scheduled appointment the day I went, but my service advisor, I drive over an hour to Eagle GMC to have to them service my GMC 2500. I did not have a scheduled appointment the day I went, but my service advisor, Scott Kelley, was able to work me in to their busy schedule. Much appreciated! The parts had to be ordered and I returned a few days later to have my truck fixed. I definitely would recommend Eagle GMC for service or purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

I am 56 years old and have always owned GM Automobiles I will be glad to mention name General Manager Russ Salesman Steven Ernstes and Cletus and Scott Terry in parts and service and George and Robert Ernstes these folks can be fully trusted if you want honesty come here this dealership is clean and they treat everyone that comes here like a family member they also will give you full respect they will all go above and beyond to put you in a automobile that will be great for you all I can say folks I am extremely impressed with every aspect of this place and I tell everyone I know to come there for all there automotive needs thank you Russ and Steven and Robert and Scott and George and Cletus for everything I love my Terrain I gave call 5 stars because I couldn't give you more take care and have a blessed day More
