From the moment I went in the door I felt like royalty I was greeted by Cody Robert and Scott because I had problems with my truck. I had an appointment for a oil change on September 19 at 10:30 am. I watched the service department drive my truck around to the lot near the work area. 2nd trip in for no a/c on vehicle with 4600 miles. Service manager Scott and technician Andy worked on vehicle for4 days, used dye to finally find leak and replaced the part. Only problem encountered was the wheel well liner on right rear side was left bent up against the tire, rubbing same for 22 miles. Contacted Scott to advise same and then hopefully my husband and I fixed the problem Hope no residuals to the liner or tire. More

I had a specific number in mind with a little extra wiggle room on my payment and he stuck with me as I tirelessly searched for a car that would fit my needs and wants. When he called me and said come in and look at a new trade in, I drove it around the parking lot in the rain and decided it was the one.
