We are so very sorry that you feel this way. Although we are a GM and Customer certified ELITE dealership that ranks in the top 7% of the entire nation, we do make mistakes. As you know, after you suggested that this occurred we confronted the tech together. He admitted that he did not see the line on the repair order and neglected to perform the tire rotation. We provided you with a complimentary service and an apology. The technician was also counselled. We want all of our guests to be able to trust us. Since this is such a rare occurrence, I am unsure what else you would have us do. Rather than tell us what your expectations were you went straight to the General Manager whom had an office full of guests and was unable to give you his immediate and undivided attention. We absolutely made a mistake on your visit and sincerely apologize that it happened. We would be happy to discuss your expectations with you at your earliest convenience.
